The project owns around 14,000 m² of commercial space, with Xinhu Ecological Park covering 210,000 m² to the west and the 11.33 hectare Xinhu Lake just outside the window.

Architectural style - Adopting the contemporary style of Chinese architecture, the project aims to become an artistic conception model of a neo-Asian style garden.

Landscape - It adopts the design concept of one house, two sides, three gardens, four blocks, and eight scenaries to create a community with a humanistic Chinese cultural landscape. The four major design elements are elegance, environment, rhyme, and shape.
