Location - It is located at the heart of the future Sci-Tech city, with Xixi National Wetland Park and Jingshan National Forest Park nearby, allowing residents to enjoy the vast open land, beautiful flowers and a sacred sense of Zen and tea.

Architectural style - It is one of the rare genuine villa communities in the city. The spacious area between each pair of buildings enables excellent ventilation and lighting for the buildings.  The buildings feature large upturned eaves in the style of traditional Chinese architecture and employ technologies from the West to interpret traditional Chinese culture. While maintaining the historical and cultural features of traditional Chinese architecture, the building also adopts modern elements such as large panes of glass to create buildings that fit modern aesthetics and living habits.

Landscape - The building draws inspiration from the form and connotation of Zen and tea cultures in Jingshan and contains five courtyard spaces that feature five noble characteristics - "integrity, harmony, tranquility, elegance, and purity". The architectural structure is integrated with home-returning rites, highlighting the exalted characteristics and warm atmosphere of the house.
