Tianrun Holdings Group was established in 1986, with its headquarter in Beijing, the capital of China. It is a corporate group engaged in an integrated variety of businesses such as high-end real estate development, assets operation, property services. Over the past 30 years, the group has expanded its business to Beijing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nanchang, Linyi, Xuzhou, Zhaotong, Bozhou and many other large and medium-sized cities in China, developing a series of high-end residential projects such as Beijing Long Beach, Beijing Tianrun Art Palace, and Kunshan Nobility Village, and landmark office building projects such as Beijing IFC and Beijing TFC. Based on the principles of robust and consistent development, Tianrun continually renews its aesthetic samples of high-quality precision craftsmanship by the top architect team in Beijing.

Tianrun Group has a great passion for philanthropy and public welfare programs, in an effort to fulfill their responsibility to society. Tianrun has proactively participated in disaster relief and rescue, poverty relief and assistance for the disabled, care for the elderly and funding for students living in poverty, cultural relics repair and environmental protection. As one of the initiators, Tianrun helped establish the Beijing AiEr Foundation in 2016 (jointly founded by Ms. Tao Siliang and the China Association of Mayors) to help people with hearing impairment, contribute to the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, and fund for students living in poverty. As of 2020, Tianrun has donated over 70 million yuan to various public welfare missions.
