Tianrun Asset Management Co., Ltd. is a management platform for property assets owned by Tianrun Group. Tianrun Asset owns and operates landmark commercial complexes and office buildings such as Beijing IFC, Beijing TFC. After ten years of growth, Tianrun Asset has established a complete asset management system via all-around services, including leasing, operation, property management, community and brand operation. During the next ten years, the company will give full play to its advantages in revitalizing non-performing assets, light asset management and output, and urban renewal, to maximize the commercial value of development, design, operation, and management of assets.
Tianrun Asset has established the TREES system to constantly improve the value of real estate during its entire life cycle, preserve and appreciate the assets, and maximize customer value.
