The company regrouped and consolidated with Beijing Municipal Administration Corporation to form the Beijing Tianrun Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. In 2002, it gained the first-level qualification for a general construction contractor.

Beijing Tianrun Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was established, undertaking the projects of Guanghua Road, Teaching and Experiment Building of Affiliated High School of Peking University, and Shaoyaoju 301 Residential Community, and Guoxing Jiayuan. It has won "Great Wall Cup" for municipal quality engineering programs and building structures multiple times.

The company began conducting work in the real estate development industry and developed and constructed residential projects such as Xijing Jiayuan, Furen Mingyuan, and Yanqingyuan.

On September 8, 1986, the Second Engineering Office of Pinggu Construction Corporation, what is now known as Tianrun, began its contributions to the construction industry. With over ten years of unremitting efforts in the construction market, the Office secured a share in the Beijing construction market with high quality and a great reputation.
