The construction of Beijing IFC was completed. The lease price ranked among the highest of the office buildings in the CBD area, and the current asset value of the project has reached 14 billion yuan.

2010

The company won the bid with a quote of 2 billion yuan and obtained the development rights of No.1 land parcel of Pinggu District, Beijing, allowing the company to develop and construct Beijing Tianrun Art Palace.
