The company consolidated with Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric Holding Co., Ltd. to form the Beijing Construction Machinery Real Estate Co., Ltd. The company jointly developed and constructed 210,000 square meters of affordable housing in Tongzhou, Beijing, and 210,000 square meters of resettlement housing for households relocated due to demolition.

2008

After successfully signing the equity transfer agreement of the Zhouzhuang project, the company reached markets outside Beijing and expanded its business to the Yangtze River Delta.

2007

Tianrun collaborated with Beijing Urban Construction Group to develop the first-level development project of Mafang New Town in Pinggu District.

2006

Beijing Tianrun Land Real Estate Development Group was officially established, opening a new chapter for the group-oriented development of the company. Since then, the company has been engaged in the development and construction of high-quality residential programs and office buildings. Working with Beijing Urban Construction Group the same year, Tianrun successfully developed the Beijing Long Beach in Wangjing and produced a benchmark real estate program in the district.

2004

The company developed and constructed the Beijing IFC located in the CBD area in Chang'an Avenue, marking a complete transformation from general construction contracting to real estate development and construction.
